Albani Brown serves as an advisory board member to Brownrock, where she helps organizations imagine and build stronger, sustainable futures. With extensive experience guiding transformation across federal, state, and commercial sectors, she blends strategic planning, inclusive design, and data‑informed insight to help leaders navigate complexity with clarity. Her work spans major modernization efforts—from supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs’ enterprise‑wide EHR modernization to shaping governance, workforce strategy, and digital experience initiatives at DHS, USPTO and USDOT.
Albani is known for her ability to partner with executive teams, translate ambiguity into direction, and co‑create future states that are both aspirational and achievable. Her technical depth includes organizational transformation, AI prompt engineering, UX‑driven strategy, KPI development, and acquisition governance, supported by certifications in Prosci® Change Management, Cornell University’s Equity & Inclusion, and AIRS® Diversity Recruitment.
She holds a Master of Arts in Education in Organizational Leadership & Learning from The George Washington University, graduating Summa Cum Laude, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Bridgewater College.
