Renowned for her expertise in communication, collaboration, and future-state development, Albani holds certifications in Workplace Culture from Cornell University, Prosci® Change Management, and AIRS® Recruitment. She is dedicated to nurturing human-centered solutions within organizations.

Albani possesses a Masters in Organizational Leadership and Learning (MA. Ed HD) from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Bridgewater College. As a a lifelong learner, she stays abreast of industry trends through reading, active listening, and engaging in webinars and panels. Albani resides in Northern Virginia with her spouse and her pit bull terrier, Blooregard “Bloo.”
